Swachh Bharat launches Swachh Survekshan Gramin 2017

As the Swachh Bharat Mission approaches the third anniversary of its launch by the Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi, the Ministry of Drinking Water and Sanitation today launched a third party verification survey report to take stock of the progress already made by the Mission in rural India. Smiley terminals at public toilets soon

Plans on to mark public convenience facilities on city map To step up hygiene and improve facilities at public toilets, Coimbatore Corporation will install smiley terminals outside 30 toilets, on a trial basis, to enable instant public feedback on the quality of the facility.
